We did it again! Another client got good news today from our office...just in time for Thanksgiving. The IRS has preliminarily approved our proposal that the IRS place her in hardship status! This means that while in this status she is granted relief from all collection activity! As a mother, and a hard-working woman with two jobs, she truly deserves this relief! Update: As of December 6, 2011, the IRS issued confirmation that she is in Currently Not Collectible Status. Our client is very happy that we got the IRS off her back!
