- Offer in Compromise Booklet, Form 656-B – The Offer in Compromise Booklet outlines in greater detail the purposes and procedures for filing an offer to settle your tax debt for less than you owe the IRS for your tax liabilities. Note, the accompanying documents and requests for documentation substantiating your offer amount assure that your offer is legitimate.
- Offer in Compromise Form 656 – This is the form you will need in order to request an Offer in Compromise from the IRS. This is the program that allows you to settle your debt for less than you owe the IRS.
- Form 433-A (OIC), Collection Information Statement for Wage Earners and Self-Employed Individuals - This form will be used to calculate an appropriate offer amount based on your assets, income, expenses, and future earning potential.
