Description:
Our fast-paced, busy tax resolution office headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK is expanding and is currently seeking 2 remote, licensed Enrolled Agents to join our team as Resolution Team Lead(s).
The position is responsible for:
- Negotiating with IRS and State Tax Commission
- Strategizing with tax clients and advocating on their behalf in administrative agency setting
- Drafting and Submitting IRS collection alternatives (Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, etc.)
- Assisting with any other tasks or projects as required
Required Skills to Excel in this Position Include:
- Highly Professional Appearance and demeanor
- 2+ years in the Tax Resolution Industry

Accounts Receivable Specialist-OKC or Tulsa, OK
Travis Watkins Tax is presently seeking Customer Relations and Collections Support at the Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate for this role is a team player who understands how to balance empathy with action and brings a mix of customer service and legal experience to the table. As a Collection Specialist, your main responsibility will be to contact clients and collect missed and outstanding payments. The role requires someone with the ability to balance trustful relationships while guaranteeing timely payments. Lastly, this person is also highly motivated, detail oriented, and driven to perform.
Managing Tax Attorney-OKC, OK
Description:
Travis Watkins Tax is presently seeking a Managing Attorney to join our fast-paced, fast-growing team at the Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate is a proven leader ready to champion and oversee a team of 20 support staff alongside managing a caseload delivering excellent client service. This person will also advise the firm on ways to drive down costs and increase revenue to achieve our financial goals. Lastly, this person is also highly motivated, a self-starter, detail oriented, and driven to perform.
Key Responsibilities:
-Negotiating with the IRS and various State taxation authorities.
-Strategizing with tax clients and advocating on their behalf in administrative agency settings.
-Drafting and Submitting IRS collection alternatives (Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, etc).
-Providing support around the hiring and training of new attorneys and legal support staff, including setting and holding others accountable for key performance indicators in the department.
